As a first time home buyer, I just need information to wrap my head around the whole process. I thank Gus for providing me information and allowing me to understand all it takes to move. He is quick to get back to you. You can ask him a million questions and he is patient. We are still in the process but I know that things will work out. Updated 11/2016 Gus helped us find a wonderful home. Here were two things that made him stand out: 1. Understanding the process of picking the best home. He keep hitting home for my husband and I the importance of see what we were willing to compromise on and how could the home we wanted fit in our lives. He was not looking to make a sale, he was helping us pick a house we would be happy to own. 2. Commitment: 1) We were aggressive in our home search and we wanted to see a lot of home. We bought our ideas to the table and he was willing to show us what we needed. He did not rush us and when we asked to look at many homes. 2) During the process of buying Gus negotiated a wonderful deal for us. He was able to get us a great price on the home and some strong concessions from the seller. 3) After the sale, he checked on us and helped us resolve issues. I highly recommend Gus for his ability to understand a buyer and his strong ability to getting deals done.
